The filtration process of the equipment consists of four stages:
Primary stage: G4 pre-filter or wire mesh screen, configured according to working conditions.
Stage 1: Self-cleaning filter cartridges, realizing adsorption and oil drainage.
Stage 2: Self-cleaning filter cartridges, realizing oil drainage and micro-particle adsorption.
Stage 3: HEPA filter cartridges for high-precision filtration.
Stage 3/Stage 4: Activated carbon filter to adsorb odors and VOCs (optional).
It maintains stable collection efficiency, with a filtration efficiency of over 99.95% for particles as small as 0.5µm in diameter.
The filter is fitted with an electronic pressure gauge, which can display the pressure differential across each filter cartridge and remind users of cartridge replacement time.
Thanks to the continuous oil drainage of filter elements, the filter can run nonstop.
Recovered oil accumulates at the bottom of the filter and can be recycled for reuse.
